Who wears the pants began in 2007 by Kate Dunn, mum to two boys, who discovered there were few options for parents to dress their little men tastefully in 'special event' clothing. The endless search for a gorgeous pair of pants to match that great shirt proved to be the motivation for the boutique clothing company who wears the pants. Designed and manufactured in Melbourne the range has recently expanded to cater for boys and girls aged 6 months to 5 years.
